Annual Appeal Donation

Dear Friends,

As we reflect on this past year, we are inspired by the resilience, generosity, and commitment of individuals like you who uplift our mission of “Serving God by Serving Others.” Your support has been vital in enabling the Cape Cod Council of Churches to create meaningful change in our communities.

With your steadfast partnership, we achieved remarkable milestones in 2024:

  • Provided over 21,000 nutritious hot meals to our neighbors at Faith Family Kitchen.

  • Assisted 2417 family members with groceries at our Hands of Hope Food Pantry and Outreach Center.

  • Distributed an astounding 577,350 diapers and over 1 million wipes for infants and toddlers up to age five at A Baby Center.

  • Strengthened Homeless Ministries and Covenant to Care for Foster Families by providing basic needs and a sense of welcome to underserved individuals. Our Youth StreetReach program received a regional award for its service.

  • Enhanced our Hospital Chaplaincy program, bringing healing through compassion and prayer to the sick and injured.

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
— Galatians 6:9

These accomplishments are a testament to the power of unity and shared purpose. As we enter the year ahead, we celebrate our new logos as well as our new refrigerated van for food distribution. We have renewed both our “look” and our commitment to service, and we invite you to continue this journey with us as there is still more work to be done.

Your contribution not only sustains these efforts but also allows us to reach even greater heights and touch more lives. Thank you for considering giving today as we sow seeds of hope and resilience. Together, we can ensure that our community flourishes and that no one is left behind. Thank you for being an integral part of the Council’s mission. Your belief in our work makes all the difference.
