Robin Hayward
Program Director, A Baby Center
Robin became Program Director of A Baby Center in March 2016. Prior to her work with the Council of Churches, Robin worked in many roles at the YMCA Cape Cod, beginning as an office administrator, after-school programmer, school bus driver, Kiddie Camp Director, and Camp 132 Director. While directing Camp 132, she began the summertime breakfast program that was used as a model by the CDC.
After nine years at the YMCA, Robin went back to college while in her 50s to study Psychology and Communications. She traveled the United States, representing Cape Cod Community College as a non-traditional honor student and a promoter of women’s rights on campus. Robin lives in Hyannis with her husband Jeffrey and they have two grown daughters.
